Delivery and Shipping 

Order must be completed before 1pm in order to qualify for same day shipping 

UK Orders - All orders placed in the UK before 1pm, If ordered later item may be sent next working day. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday. If order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday this may result in your item being sent next working day. 

Please note we ship all order Via Royal Mail and used the tracked 24 & 48 hour service

Europe Mainland 

All orders Placed over €120 will include free shipping. 

All orders placed in Europe will be shipped via tracked service and should arrive with customers within 3-7 working days. 

USA & Canada 

All orders placed to the USA & Canada are shipped via tracked service and orders should be with customers usually between 3-7 working days. 

Please note if your country has not been mentioned you maybe charged an additional shipping rate as costs varies between countries. 

Shipping Times 

Please note we are able to ship all items before 1pm if ordered between Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped on the Next working day. We use Royal Mail for our shipping options meaning orders can be tracked. 

Customs Fee

Please note International orders may subject to custom charges. Custom fees vary depending on what has been ordered and the cost of your order. It is important to know this before your order is placed as we are mot responsible for these fees.  Please note if you are placing an order outside of the UK you will likely be charged a custom Fees. 

Returns

UK  - We offer a 30 day returns policy ensuring you plenty of time  to return your item.

How long does it take to get a refund? 

Please allow up to 5 -7 woking days in order us to process the refund. 

What happens after I send a return? 

An exception will take place on the items ordered and if products are in suitable condition we will process a refund. Refunds will usually take place one items have been inspected. If items are not in suitable condition we will contact you. 

Order Cancellations

Please note once an order has been processed it will not allowed to be cancelled. 

Order Amendments 

Please note once an order has  been confirmed the likely hood of amending the order will be very unlikely. If you are able to contact the team before item is shipped we will be Abel to amend an order. 

Exchanges
